CHILD ABUSE

 They are the shining stars of your eyes. Your child is the one that gets a smile on your face even in the worst of the situation. They give you HOPE to LIVE, but what if your child himself loses his will to LIVE?

 You might not believe this, but it is within our society where 53% of the children get sexually abused in one way or the other. According to the 2016 survey, more boys are sexually assaulted then girl.

      Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Gujarat were the states with highest records of sexual crimes.

     We always see strangers with an eagle eye. When it comes to our children but according to the studies, the child is more at risk with family members, relatives and neighbors. In most cases the criminals are uncles’ grandfather, brothers, colleagues and neighbors.

CHILD ABUSE

     In 2012, a law was passed by the central ministry to protect the children under 18 years of age from any sort of sexual, abuse. It came to be known as the protection of children from sexual offences (POSCO) Act (2012)”.

      Under the POSCO Act, criminals and perpetrator are given necessary punishment.

      But before 2012, there was no law that could punish a criminal under sexual assaultation of a child. The criminals used to move freely around us.

    In a case of Mumbai, a 7-years girl was assaulted by her relatives (who was 55-years old at that time). He touched her at every place which was inappropriate. The girl was so afraid that she couldn’t move even her finger and just stood like a stone. After one hour when he finished, her lips were swollen and bleeding.

CHILD ABUSE

   In another case, at the mere age of 6 a boy was assaulted by his uncle and his friends and to that extent that he recalls if he would have been a girl he would have been pregnant. This assaultation continued for ten long years. During that course he would bleed. He tried to tell his parents but didn’t have words to describe.

    In an another case a two months old girl was sexually assaulted by her grandfather.

 You know, every child wants to enjoy his/her day of childhood but the addiction and criminal mindedness of some not only spoils their childhood but also their lives.

   Because a child is never that much mature to handle those sort of crimes and mostly alone. As we will be the ones who would not believe them.

    Just remember one thing, no child is going to make fun out of those topics.

CHILD ABUSE

These were the instances when a child undergoes a crime but you know even if a case comes in front of us, A CHILD IS ONCE AGAIN RAPED!!

          Through the police verification, through the court hearings and procedures. somewhere inside, he becomes like the broken pieces of glass that can never be one again.

    So take care of your child be with him/her whenever he/she needs you and tell them to

                “NEVER BE QUIET, JUST SHOUT OUT”
